Getting started online

Thank you to everyone who has so far signed up to our online classes. The response has been fantastic and I've loved having you in class.

If you're new to online classes here are some hints and tips to help you get started and know what to expect.

For those of you signing up for our full monthly package (or Over 60's package) you'll receive and email each week with a full link of classes including exclusive sessions just for you as well as optional goal setting options, themes and fun challenges and tasks. You'll also have access to around 40 online classes at a time to do in your own time.

If you are signing up for a weekly pass or individual class please head to our booking site and select and pay for your class. You'll receive an automated email (please check your junk mail) which will have access to your Zoom class.

To use Zoom - please download the app ahead of class and sign in. You can practice accessing the class ahead of time if you're unsure. You can access the class 10 minutes ahead of start time which you can use to get set up or to connect with the other participants. For many of us this is a really important part of the process and provides important social interaction.

You can choose to be visible or invisible. When the class starts I'll mute all participants so that you have clear sound.

If you have any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your ability to take part please let me know before class. There is also a private chat facility that you can contact me on during the class.

If you wish to take part but can't do the class in real time please let me know ahead of class and I can send you a recording to do in your own time.
