Our over 50s classes will help improve your fitness, co-ordination, balance, muscle tone and overall wellbeing. Not only that but you'll have lots of fun dancing and moving to some great soundtracks (suggestions always welcome).
We also have a number of classes that are subsidised until spring 2017 so come along whilst you can to our £2 classes.

Zumba Gold

Friday mornings, 10.30am

Zumba Gold is a low impact version of Zumba - all the shimming and shaking but at a slightly less intense pace. It's low impact so no jumping, and you can take all the moves at your own level. No need for co-ordination - everyone welcome.

#Chair based Stretch n Strengthen
£2 Class for those with less mobility based on gentle pilates, and yoga inspired moves and posture to promote movement, relieve stiffness and pain.

Mature Movers Fun

Our classes are strictly for fun! Great exercise, very social and full of laughs as participants learn moves from all over the world - from bollywood to ballet, jazz to jive, charleston to cheerleading and hip hop to lindy hop!
