Zumba says, "Let it Move You." And it does. The one hour, wildly fun and super effective class allows people all over the world to be moved both physically and emotionally, setting in motion a happier and healthier world.

Kirstie leads Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold classes throughout the year so there is something for all levels whether you want a more challenging work out with additional resistance and matwork (toning), a low impact version (Gold) or the classic fun and fantastic calorie burning dance workout, Zumba Fitness. You can drop into Zumba Fitness any Monday or Thursday (6.05pm in Golf Club).

Shake off the calories and shrink everything but your smile at our fun dance workout class.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

ZUMBA TONING, Tuesday morning 9.30am

5 week block starts 31st May 2016. Book online.

A 1 hour class combining Zumba Fitness fun, warm up and tunes, with light hand weights, extra toning (lot's of lower body work) all with a booty shaking workout feel. The last 15 minutes is a conditioning section alternating between floor based conditioning (abs, butt etc) and a standing barre inspired leg and bum workout. Fun and sweaty - hard work. "I absolutely love this class! It's a fun way to burn the calories. Weights, dance, sweat and burning muscles. What's not to like?! Good tunes, good moves and great atmosphere


just like Zumba but a little bit less intense. Our Zumba Gold classes are for Over 50's but you'll still get a great fun workout and all the party like atmosphere as a regular Zumba class - Friday mornings 10.30 - 11.15pm - no class 3rd / 10th June - back on 17th, 24th June & 1st July . You can book up for all 3 classes by emailing Kirstie or drop in for £5 per class.

I've been coming along to Kirstie's Yoga & Pilates classes for a couple of years now and have recently joined the Zumba toning crew (it's brutal in a madly enjoyable kind of way!). Kirstie has a great knack of encouraging you when you need it and helping you develop a stamina & core strength you never knew you had! I can't recommend these classes enough. Thank you Kirstie!
