Although pilates and Yoga are two different exercise systems they very much compliment each other. This class combines elements of both to create a relaxing session using breath, posture and flowing movements to develop core strength, overall body tone, flexibility and improved posture.
Each class will use some of the abdominal and postural exercises of Classical Pilates alongside some of the strengthening and relaxing postures of yoga. The class will be dynamic and will move throughout. There will be modifications on offer for all exercises so that you can adapt them to your own abilities.
This class is suitable for beginners but if you have any medical concerns including back problems or pregnancy please get in touch before booking a place. Email kirstie
